Support-Phone für people on the move in Salzburg
Wir sind ein neu gegründetes Kollektiv, das sich die praktische Unterstützung von people on the move, Personen auf der Flucht und Asylsuchenden in der Stadt Salzburg und Umgebung zum Ziel gemacht hat.
Mit dem Support-Phone wollen wir people on the move eine einfach erreichbare Ansprechmöglichkeit für verschiedene Situationen zur Verfügung stellen, unabhängig davon ob sie im Moment in einem Asylzentrum untergebracht sind, sich nur kurz in Salzburg aufhalten oder gerade auf dem Weg dorthin sind.
• Wir bieten direkte Unterstützung bei akuten Problemen wie der Suche nach einem kurzfristigen Schlafplatz oder dem Beschaffen von Kleidung und anderen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs an.
• Auf Wunsch begleiten wir Menschen, die einen Asylantrag stellen wollen.
• Außerdem wissen wir, dass es an der Grenze zu Deutschland immer wieder zu Pushbacks durch die deutsche Polizei kommt. Wir wollen Menschen, die von dieser illegalen Praxis betroffen sind, eine erste Kontaktmöglichkeit bieten und mit deren Einverständnis Berichte und Zeugenaussagen über die Geschehnisse an der Grenze sammeln.
Grundlegend für jede Solidarität ist für uns das Schaffen von Vertrauen. Wir sind immer parteiisch mit den Personen, die mit uns Kontakt aufnehmen, und handeln nur in Absprache mit diesen! Jeder Kontakt wird von uns streng vertraulich behandelt.
Da sich unsere Gruppe gerade erst im Aufbau befindet, können wir selbst noch keine Rechtsberatung anbieten. Auch die Vermittlung von medizinischer Versorgung für Personen ohne Dokumente ist leider nicht möglich.

Support-Phone for people on the move in Salzburg
We are a newly established collective which aims to give direct support to people on the move, refugees and asylumseekers in Salzburg.
With the Support-Phone we want to offer people on the move an easily accessible contact option for different situations, no matter if they are currently located in an asylum-center in Salzburg, are on their way to the city or will only stay for a short time.
• We offer direct support for acute problems, like finding a place to sleep for a short time or getting clothes or other necessitys.
• On request we accompany people who want to make an asylum-application.
• We also know that the german police regularly carrys out pushbacks at the austrian-german border. We want to give people who are affected by this illegal practice a first contact-option. With their permissen, we document witness-testimonys of the incidents at the border.
For us, every solidarity is based on trust! We always take the side of the people who contact us, and we only act in consultation with them! Every contact will be treated in strict confidence.
Because our group is still in its beginnings, we can not offer any legal consultation. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to arrange medical care for people without documents.
